![]() Otherwise - the only purpose this has is to jump-start a low level new character and equip this via your stash, but I think the potential here to ONLY use ancient item bonuses and rival that of sets (which I’ve only ever seen high-yield players use) I mean, most set’s you can dish out an average of 10,000% damage bonuses with at least a 50% damage decrease…so shouldn’t a VERY high dream gem of like level 150 dish out like 15,000% damage bonus and maybe like a 65% damage decrease? So again, in short…WHY is this capped at level 99? I think a lot more people would see the benefit here if you could go beyond the 750% per ancient legendary item and even add a % scaled increase on defense bonus. With whirlwind I was probably dishing 20-40B every three strikes or so, but my defense was like 3x as much due to the innate set bonus (combined w/the other defense bonuses) ![]() ![]() Power? Sure, I was hitting like 20-40 billion per critical hammer strike, but I was getting decimated by anything over Level 16+. I compared that to a full 13 item ancient whirlwind set build. I tried a full 13 item ancient legendary build for a Barbarian. I don’t see the appeal of having to give up a legendary gem slot instead of giving up two rings, but having a 3rd legendary gem slot to use is far more important since you can just use the cube for a ring power.įor giggles, I leveled it up all the friggin way to 99. ![]() Can someone please explain to me the purpose of why Legacy of Dreams is capped to only 350x2 for power and 2x2 for defense for each ancient item? This is identical to Legacy of Nightmares, except you don’t have to level it to 99. ![]()
